How Sand Maker to Work?
Operation principle of Sand Maker
Simply speaking, the operation principle of Sand Maker is “stone strikes stone”, that is, materials enter the impeller cavity, which is turning at high speed, at the top. With centrifugal force, the materials will impact other materials that fall around the impeller. Then, after interact striking, materials will impact on material layer between the impeller and scaleboard for many times and will be rubbed and crushed. Then they will be discharged at the bottom.
Feeding Principle of Sand Maker
(1) Ring Feeding:
Raw material falls down into feed hopper, then through ring, it is divided into two divisions by material-deviding plate. One enters into impellor through the center of material-deviding plate. The other falls down from outside of material-deviding plate. Material, which is thrown out by impellor at speed of 60-75m/s, hits material coming down from outside of material-deviding plate. In this way, material is crushed.
(2) Center Feeding:
Raw material falls down into feed hopper, then enter into impellor through central entrance hole. It is accelarated in high-speed impellor, then is thrown out at speed of 60-75m/s. When it hits impact plate, it is crushed. Final products come downwards though outlet.
